Bought on 14.06.2021 at MMM Mall of Switzerland for 159.00 special offer with accessories. On 24.07.2023 I notice that this appliance is leaking oil slightly. In April 23 at last use nothing noticed. Today on July 26, 23 I take the appliance to the mall for service. The warranty had expired on 13.6.23 and I was told how much it would cost to send the appliance in. After I asked about goodwill, because the warranty had only expired 6 weeks ago, the employee clarified. After contacting various people in charge, I was told that unfortunately the warranty had expired. I used this appliance 2 or 3 times a year and now it is defective. The previous model ran for over 12 years without any problems. I took the appliance back and used it until it stopped working. Kärcher is supposed to be a brand-name product and I expected a different kind of goodwill from Migros. LANDI offers a 5-year guarantee on such appliances.
