I have already harvested garden cress twice. Takes a bit of studying at first, but works perfectly. The scaling option is also very good, i.e. whether you want to use just one, two or all three sprouting trays.
I have no idea what science you need to have studied to get to grips with this germination apparatus. The instructions for use (I followed them exactly) are not enough for me to understand the following: Either all the water drains immediately or not at all. So far 3 attempts have failed! I have now placed a layer of absorbent cotton in a bowl, as I did before I bought this device, then sprinkled the seeds on top and it works as well as before; just more expensive. Conclusion: money down the drain. But maybe someone can explain the science to me. Although I asked around, everyone thought I was following the instructions
Needs a lot of care
Works perfectly. The first sprouts were harvested after just a few days.
This time the delivery went very smoothly, but I'm still missing around CHF 65 from another undelivered daily promotion. All in all, I think Migros is still overwhelmed by the flood of purchases and customer service seems to live in Homeoftice.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. The water in the top tray runs through perfectly. And then the flow stops and the water remains in the second tray. I've tried them all, the individual holes are clear, water doesn't run through. 1 tray works, several trays don't.

Always fresh "vegetables" even in winter. The apparatus works well and is very easy to maintain: pour fresh water into the top level once a day (the water is distributed over the different levels and keeps the sprouts moist), empty the bottom level. After about four days you can harvest...
