Let me preface: I have been an "M" customer for years. In the kitchen on the faucet I have always mounted KWC products. The kitchen showers have always lasted years and years (about ten). I replaced the one I had before - used for at least 8-9 years - with this one of frs 70.95. The old model I had paid over a hundred francs for and not purchased from 'Do I+G'. It 'dripped', but the 'shower-single-jet' function worked perfectly ( ... I did not throw it away; I have it here). Of this new one purchased in November 2020, today after six months (!!) this very useful function no longer goes automatically by turning off the faucet. I have to unlock it by hand! If you forget it on the shower, on reopening the water: it's splashing at you! It has not been damaged by misuse. Also, the water coming into the house has no problems (it is a single house and at the main entrance are mounted protective filters). For this reason I will have to buy another one! I am very disappointed with this product: surprised even for the trust I have always placed in this brand that I consider excellent also from my direct experience!

It is very commendable that the KWC kitchen shower is still available as a spare part after more than 20 years. Unfortunately, the quality is not satisfactory. After 4-5 years of use, the internal plastic parts break and the entire shower head has to be replaced.
