Hello Eric_Draven, thank you very much for providing the lot number and for your patience. We have now been able to complete the clarifications. There are no deviations noted in the production and line logs. We brew the tea fresh and check the taste several times during production. We also carry out various measurements of dry matter, pH value and total acidity. All measured values were within the tolerances and no abnormalities were found. Minimal differences in taste can occur due to fluctuations in raw materials or the production process (tea infusion). Furthermore, the taste of the product naturally changes slightly during the shelf life. During the first few weeks of storage, there is still a slight adjustment of the taste, which can also have an influence. Since the beginning of October 2022, we have been adapting the recipe and using less sugar. Sugar serves as a flavor carrier, so you may notice this change. The reason for the adjustment is the rule imposed by the federal government, which obliges large Swiss companies - including Migros - to reduce the sugar content in their products. Why is the Ice Tea not available in larger units (1 liter)?
Hello Elayo2000, thank you for your post. We already have many different variations in the Kult Ice Tea range. Unfortunately, due to lack of space, it is not possible for us to offer every variant in all formats. Therefore, we are not currently planning to introduce Kult Ice Tea Rosehip-Hibiscus in the 1 liter PET bottle. However, we have taken your input on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
