In the promotion there is the refill bag with bottle but not separately! I don't want to waste a bottle every time, please sell it separately, otherwise you are also going ecological!

Hey Migros, it's ok that you want to appeal to people without refills with these promotions. But you could still keep the refill bags in your regular range. Because now you have the bottle and usually only need the refill pack. But then "sustainability" would have to be more than just a buzzword in the marketing department...
Hello diverix, we can understand your reasoning. As shelf space is limited, we can only offer refill bags permanently if there is a certain demand for the original bottle. I am absolutely delighted with the kitchen cleaner but why is the refill bag only available during special promotions? Since this bag is available, it would make sense if you could always buy it.

In order to meet different customer needs, we offer cleaning products alternately in bottles, refill bags and promotional packs. For space reasons, it is not possible for us to offer a refill pack for every product.
