Very easy to use and good quality... a little difficult to cook well without overcooking but highly recommended.
Great taste, a bit difficult to roll out as it is very sticky. I would like to see it rolled out in a round shape.

It tastes good, but is very difficult to work with (I'm familiar with gluten-free doughs) because it's too sticky. I therefore prefer already rolled out dough.
