Super, very friendly delivery, appointment as agreed, the sofa as we imagined it, the leather is pleasant and the upholstery hard, fits!

Beware of this sofa. It will collapse shortly. Load-bearing parts are only stapled together with small staples, some very inaccurate and sloppy workmanship. The subterranean "customer service" adds to this. We waited over 8 months for the replacement of a module that had already been delivered broken. In the meantime, other modules have also broken. It couldn't be worse. And the part is not exactly cheap. Never again Micasa.

This sofa collapses quickly when you sit on it. 1. in the beginning the seating stability was really good, but after a few weeks it collapses. It becomes softer and softer to sit on. 2. there is also a lack of precision. The transition from one part of the sofa to the other does not necessarily make a nice or professional impression. 3. the tension has slackened on one back section. The leather is no longer taut. It's all a shame really. The sofa is not the cheapest. It is probably made with cheap materials. A great pity for a furniture store like Micasa.
