A good bed with excellent workmanship. It's nice that Micasa stands out from the widespread "fast-furniture" range and still offers solid quality. The fact that the Migros collection service in Stans offers friendly help with loading is the icing on the cake.

We received our bed, which is of good quality and fairly easy to assemble. Just be careful to assemble your bed in a room where there's enough space. We're very satisfied.

We had the bed delivered on 10.12.21 (without assembly) and discovered that the screw thread was missing in one foot. I reported this to customer service on the same day, and after two further phone calls on 17/12 and 27/12 (as I didn't hear anything either time) I was informed that a new foot had been sent. Unfortunately, this has not arrived as of 07.01.22 and we still do not have a functioning bed. I understand "customer service" to mean something else and must clearly advise against buying from Micasa...

the assembly was a disaster. none of the online customer service staff knew how to assemble it, so we were at it from 9am to 4pm. I still don't know if we assembled it properly because the bed makes strange noises.

We ordered this bed and unfortunately received the wrong color last week. This can happen, but I am very disappointed that no one at Micasa feels responsible for this! After trying to get in touch with Micasa several times, we are still waiting for a call back. We have absolutely no idea what the next steps are. The boxes are piling up in the apartment, the old bed has already been disposed of and we are now allowed to sleep on the floor. Hammer! Very, very poor customer service! There's more I can't say, but there's more: someone has now contacted us and told us that we can use the bed that was delivered incorrectly until we receive the new one. We have now assembled it and after two nights one of the slatted frames has broken on the side, as there are no stabilization options for the slatted frame on either side of the bed. So don't just keep your hands off the poor customer service, but also the bed.
We like the bed very much. Only the assembly was a bit tedious.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
My partner and I ordered the 160cm frame, the product came with a fundamental flaw. The width of the metal beams holding the frame together was 159cm and considering that the screwheads were in the way of the "lattenrost" the usable width was 158cm.
I had to chisel away at the wood of the "lattenrost" just to get a tight fit. Even the mattress had to be squeezed in.
Very disappointing as the bed itself and the materials used are quite good for the price and the bed looks great.
