Grüezi, yes I bought them at the Migros Herblingermarkt in Schaffhausen.

The coconuts have a very rotten taste and the quality is miserable. I would change the supplier. And not within the country but, for example, take a supplier from the South Seas. The coconuts from the South Seas are simply the best. You can tell that from the grated coconut from M-Classic in the Philippines. I would recommend the islands of Fiji, Tuvalu or otherwise the Philippines. Hope you change something soon ;-)
Hello Fairtrader Thank you for your feedback. We would like to pass it on. Coconuts are procured by the cooperatives themselves. Could you please tell us where you bought them? Have a nice spring day and best wishes from the M-Infoline team
The "inner" nut with its hard shell and the delicate reddish-brown seed coat underneath enclose a cavity filled with a watery, edible liquid. When ripe, the coconut water (coconut milk in common parlance) solidifies into white pulp. Once all the coconut water has been used up, the flesh takes on a soapy taste and becomes inedible. A small blow is all it takes for the fruit to detach from the shell. Damage causes the coconut to rot, so despite the "hard shell", coconuts are "sensitive". We urge our suppliers and employees to handle the fruit with care - thank you for letting us know. Your M-Infoline team
