Practically the only roll to go (without baking) that is gluten-free... unfortunately

The rolls are super crispy on the outside when baked and remain nice and soft and fluffy on the inside. They are slightly less flavorful than "conventional bread" but absolutely great for a gluten-free bread. The grains on top and in the dough add a little more flavor
