I like to cook bacon in water and then process the bacon water with its great aroma.
My recurring problem is how long to cook it so that the bacon is perfect: not raw but still juicy.
Do I have to adjust the cooking time to the weight?
With 200g or 300g, can I still stick to 90 minutes?
Hello Doro_to, thank you very much for your inquiry. How nice that you enjoy preparing the cooked bacon! We were happy to dig into our box of tips to help refine the end result. The cooking time depends less on the weight and more on the thickness of the bacon. A thicker piece needs more time to cook evenly, while a thinner piece is ready more quickly. For 200 to 300 grams, a cooking time of 60 to 90 minutes is usually sufficient, even with different weights. If the bacon is thicker, 90 minutes is appropriate, while 60 minutes is often sufficient for thinner pieces. We wish you lots of fun trying out and enjoying! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How long do I have to cook a piece of smoked cooked bacon like this? Or is it better to just let it steep in hot water?
Hello Mamushka, thank you for your question. We recommend that you cook the bacon for about 80 minutes until soft, just below the boiling point - 25 to 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Do you have to take the cooked bacon out of the packaging and cook it in water, or leave it in the bag and cook it that way? Thanks for the answer 🤗
Hello Bailisk92, thank you for your inquiry. This is not a pre-cooked item. It is therefore best to take the cooked bacon out of the packaging and cook it in water or a pressure cooker. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
