Hello, I bought some Création Le Croquant bread today at Migros Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva). I tasted it immediately after purchase, and frankly, my husband (formerly a baker-patissier-confectioner-glacier) and I were very disappointed: not crunchy at all, even very soft and moist/sticky inside.
I made the mistake of trusting Migros and choosing a creation bread, without going into detail about the text on the packaging in the store before buying: Flour, water, salt, sourdough, of course, but what's the point of adding wheat PROTEINS, LEVENTURE in addition to sourdough, GLUTEN, and above all ACEROLA CONCENTRATE juice?
