Although it may seem unexpected, I only use it in restaurants offering real home fries. A very thin layer changes the taste of fried potatoes, but it's become difficult to find a bistro that doesn't use frozen fries, and making them at home puts me off. After two years, I'll be forced to throw away the rest of the powder, now compact as stone.
