I don't like the strong vanilla taste.
I swallow 1 tablet every day as a supplement to other magnesium combinations prescribed by the doctor😅it helps me reduce leg cramps😊

Pleasantly soft to chew, dissolves quickly in water and prevents muscle cramps in my legs.
