Ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, dextrose, maize starch, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; flavoring, vitamin D3.

Nutritional values: Composition per daily dose of 2 tablets: 127 mg (34%*) magnesium, 213 mg (27%*) calcium, 1.7 µg (34%*) vitamin D3; per daily dose of 4 tablets: 253 mg (67%*) magnesium, 426 mg (53%*) calcium, 3.3 µg (66%*) vitamin D3; per daily dose of 6 tablets: 380 mg (101%*) magnesium, 640 mg (80%*) calcium, 5 µg (100%*) vitamin D3; * Reference amount for daily intake according to EU Regulation 1169/2011.

Recommended intake: Consume 2-6 tablets throughout the day, chewed or unchewed, with plenty of liquid. Recommendations per day: School children: 2 tablets; adolescents and adults: 4-6 tablets; pregnant and breastfeeding women: 6 tablets.Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
