Why are the individual tea bags stored in plastic? In the past they were always in paper and this is much more ecological.

For this reason, we assume a one-off deviation. The tea shows its characteristic profile and is species-specific in its aroma. It is a pity that you no longer like our thyme tea. Yes, I kept the pack, or rather all the bags are still in it. The lot number is L406570013 and the date is 01.2019. The pack I brought back was probably the date until 2018. The tea was really fine in taste and especially when it is hot very "gsüffig" :-) but this one smells really very funny. If you like I can also send you the package. Thank you very much

Hello Migipedia, could you tell me if something has been changed to this tea in the last few weeks, because unfortunately it is no longer edible? I returned a pack today and got another one but it is exactly the same. I have already used about 3 packs of this tea and found it very good, also in terms of taste. I recently started a new one and when I brewed the tea I thought what smelled so funny, it was the tea. It no longer smells like before, but like packaging or something that doesn't belong in it. Even when I opened the new packet today, I thought no, it smells funny again. Somehow something is different. Many thanks for an answer.

The lot number is a combination of numbers and letters and usually starts with "L". We can use this information to check whether something went wrong during production.
