Can you, for example, infuse 3-4 bags of nettle tea with approx. 1.5 liters of hot water and drink this throughout the day without hesitation and/or does the tea lose its effect?
Good morning Al-so For me, the 1/2lt glass usually gets cold. So it doesn't matter whether you sip the tea hot or cold. If you have noticeable and visible oedema, you will notice when and how the tea works. This is different for each person. Best regardsFrederica
Hello Al-so, thank you for the question. The tea can be drunk throughout the day without hesitation after infusion with boiling water.
