I have been delighted with this product since it was introduced, it has lasted in use and it has also survived a wash cycle without falling apart. Unfortunately, the quality has changed massively in the last few months and it disintegrates when I shred it and when it gets into the wash I have puddles all over it! I really want the old quality back and would like the packaging to be labeled if the product is machine washable!
Hello atiz, thank you very much for your post. We are sorry that the tissues have caused you inconvenience. Can you tell us the batch number?
