Dear Migros, I think it is a great pity that you do not take some responsibility for environmental protection. Is it really necessary to offer this item in the range; 2 individual bars, which are already packed in plastic, are additionally packed together in plastic. Is it not enough to give customers the option of buying 2 individual bars or a whole cardboard box? I find this additional waste of plastic totally unnecessary.
Hello Ayla, thank you for contacting us. We have noticed that the majority of our customers buy more than one bar at a time - we want to meet this customer need with the 2-piece bar. Packaging in the food sector has various tasks. The main task is to protect the product so that it is not damaged during transportation and storage. We only use primary packaging for food products. We strive to further develop our products in terms of quality, aesthetics and functionality. We have already implemented a number of solutions with more environmentally friendly materials or improved packaging.
