Advertised as "only 1 g of sugar" and keto-friendly, but consists almost entirely of maltitol - a 35 g bar therefore realistically has 8-10 g of usable carbohydrates instead of 1 g and throws many people out of ketosis immediately. Absolutely misleading and unsuitable for strict keto.
