On the plus side, you can prepare it in the microwave or with boiling water. In terms of taste, however, I found the whole thing less good, somehow fishier than I had imagined. Tofu had the consistency of soggy bread.
Very delicious and authentic tasting udon. Love the addition of tofu, crown daisy, seaweed and bonito flakes. Fishy in a good way, in my opinion a very high quality cup noodle compared to all others
