Fresh and long shelf life - I have never had rotten potatoes or potatoes with sprouts. The packaging can then be disposed of as waste paper (cardboard) - I also think this is a plus point.

A big disappointment when I prepared a gratin for the 2nd time, as usual, but this time the potatoes were "swimming" in the milk and cream mixture. I no longer buy soft-boiled potatoes from Migros - at least for the time being.
