Inadequate quality organic sausage. Unfortunately we didn't see on the packaging that it says "100% veal" - and that this is a new "recipe": Unusable skin with a strong taste of its own, which we naturally removed. The meat itself has a greenish color and reminded us of a veggie sausage and tasted - apart from salt - of nothing. There was also this indefinable salty smell in the air when frying. The ingredients listed on the packaging were not convincing either.
Has the recipe been changed? Was always good before, now inedible! Skin looks and feels like plastic, meat consistency extremely firm, tastes like nothing. No more jelly in the packaging either, just watery liquid. Never again! Now it's just Coop veal sausage.
