Finally a veal sausage without pork in it. It was long overdue. If it says veal on it, it's got veal in it. But the "casing" is really not good. It could be even better!

Boy oh boy, what happened to the good old veal sausage? Did they mistake the skin for a condom during production? Honestly, what exactly is that supposed to be? Better go for the St. Gallen or Olma bratwurst.

Really bad. And a kind of "skin" like thick plastic that doesn't toast. Awful!

I had to dispose of the sausage after 2 bites. The casing (why the change?) crumbled when frying. The recipe compared to the past is just awful (veal)...no thanks
