2 questions

I have the same question as 7 years ago, standing there wanting to bake the tin with sausage meat and not knowing how long, couldn't Migros just document this online or on the packaging. Thank you

Hello Yoga, thank you for your inquiry. The fact that there are no baking instructions on the packaging is also due to the fact that there are many different ways to prepare veal sausage meat. If the veal sausage meat is baked in the tray, the cooking times correspond to those of the meat cheese (approx. 60 minutes at 160 degrees top and bottom heat). We have of course passed on your feedback on this subject to the relevant specialist department. We are also happy to let you know that you can find recipes including baking instructions for many different dishes with veal sausage meat via Migusto.

Best regards, your M-Infoline team

why is it not written anywhere on the packaging at what heat and for how long you have to bake the product? I can find other people on the internet who have the same question, but unfortunately no answer.

Where does it say bake? There are many ways to use sausage meat - as meatballs, meatballs for patties, soup fillings, fillings for ravioli, cannelloni, dumplings or cabbage rolls, and much more. For baking, there's the Fleischkäse with baking instructions and for roasting the Adrios!

it is not sold in an ovenproof dish for nothing, just like the oven meatloaf, even in the same rack. as a preparation suggestion, baking instructions would certainly not be amiss.

Hello EMkaEL, thank you very much for your input. The reason for the lack of baking instructions is that the veal sausage meat is sold for sausage meat balls, fillings such as ham croissants etc., for example. No baking instructions are needed in this respect, as these are individual recipes. Veal sausage meat is also 99% not baked and cannot be compared with meat loaf sausage meat. As you rightly write, we fill the sausage meat into a baking tray, but this has to do with the entire processing procedure. The trays enable us to handle the goods in the best possible way. 99% of your customers buy one of these bowls and then blanch everything out of it and make roast dumplings out of it? Seriously? I bought my last tray years ago, but it would never occur to me to do anything with it other than put it straight in the oven. You can buy Brätchügeli individually. You could just write on it how long and how many degrees the thing goes in the oven for - like at the Coop. Is that so difficult?
