I like the fact that the sausage meat flavor is not too penetrating. I always use it for fillet in batter.
Great for fillet filling in puff pastry. Unfortunately, I can't always find it
very fine, unfortunately large packaging

Very fine should be something racy
Can be processed well. Fine taste.
