How exactly do you prepare a roast like this? I bought this product without a roasting tray
Hi leene, it's best to place the roast in a baking dish and then in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Leave the roast in the oven for approx. 50 minutes with fan-assisted heating and a little longer with top and bottom heat: approx. 60 minutes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello guest, it is indeed the case that our Kaiserbraten 600g is a national fall / winter item, which is officially available in calendar weeks 36-14. The Migros Cooperative Zurich does not carry this item in its summer range. There are several reasons for this decision: On the one hand, sales volumes of the item fall during the summer months and spoilage and write-offs increase due to lower sales. The barbecue range also means that a number of new articles are listed, which means that certain articles have to be discontinued in order to still have enough space in the sales outlets.
