Hello calinixta, thank you for your inquiry. The packaging can/may be stored at room temperature. Depending on the source, a range between 18°C - 23°C is given as the room temperature.
The shelf life of UHT products is not limited by the growth of microorganisms, but by physical, chemical and enzymatic changes in the contents. UHT milk or, for example, the coffee cream portions should therefore not be stored at temperatures above 25°C. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
