Rollers as a change for the Kärcher, everything is fine! Ordered on the website for home delivery. I am very satisfied. Everything went smoothly, and the delivery service from Migros (Planzer) is top. I made a mistake with the delivery time, called the hotline and they sorted everything out immediately so that I still received the package on the desired date.
Pickup email never arrived. had to call 2x by phone until i got a pickup email after over a week. i have ordered several times from do it mostly there was always a problem.... Item was defective or I got something completely different... I will think three times before I buy something from do it via pickup again

Used 5 times and one roller has already broken. Inner plastic part has come loose - as the rollers are consumables, no replacement under warranty. Once again I was not convinced by the quality and customer service from Kärcher.
