Miserable customer service I wrote the following email to migros.service@mgb.ch on 25.01.2022: Dear Migros team I picked up the item I ordered and reserved in the online store and at the Mythen Center Schwyz with the purchase contract number 602312732 this evening. The order and reservation worked perfectly. When paying at the checkout, I wanted to redeem the 10 x Cumulus points voucher activated on my cell phone. To be honest, I'm not convinced by my new purchase. Steaming, vacuuming and drying in one operation is a bit of a mouthful. If the floors are very dirty, you have to vacuum dry first, otherwise the brush will stick and clog. Roughing with steam and brush removes the dirt, but to ensure that the floor is dry afterwards and there are no stains from the dirty steam condensate on the floor, it must be dried with the rubber lip at the end. Nothing with 3 in 1... Addendum from 27.02.2021: Picked up on 19.02.2021 and tried it out. Today the good piece has already given up the ghost, the on / off button in the handle no longer works!

Perfect - and all without chemicals!!! I don't understand how you can still clean the floor with a bucket and mop.

Not suitable for cleaning floors. Steam removes dirt very poorly. Very low suction power with floor attachment. Limited suitability for window cleaning. Poor dirt removal. Suitable as a steam cleaner with a single nozzle for localized (not large-scale) cleaning of cracks and joints. Also quite suitable for sucking up liquids from the floor. I will keep the appliance because of the latter two, but cannot really recommend it.

Steam part is weak Steam nozzle is impractical Steaming and vacuuming at the same time works poorly. As some of the condensed steam remains on the floor, the dirt is not fully absorbed.
