Very good appliance, does what it should. Unfortunately, the pressure hose at the connection on the handle was leaking. Every time I sprayed, the water ran out of the handle. A quick repair and everything was ok and now works perfectly.
Small tank, but great value for money!
Easy to assemble. Relatively heavy. Spray / suction power optimally adjusted; the humidity in the room does not increase as the spray water is absorbed very well. Good cleaning performance.

Sorry, I'd chosen this model to clean my carpets and sofa. All the water was coming out everywhere, it looked like the hose had a hole in it. I just needed a steam machine to refresh my carpets and I was flooded...
Very good product and good efficiency, but quite noisy... the cleaning result on my carpet and sofa excellent 🤩
