Hello Bratschist, thank you for your interesting question. 2306.403.410.00 is the authentic Saucisse aux choux vaudoise IGP, which has the right to bear the official Vaudois green mark. The IGP (or PGI - protected geographical indication) is an official mark issued by the Federal Office for Agriculture. 2306.403.400.00 is a Saucisse aux choux produced in the canton of Fribourg and naturally has a different recipe to the IGP Saucisson.
