Thank you very much for your feedback on our Jowa 1 Bürli. Unfortunately you had to wait a little longer for our reply - a big thank you for your patience.

With the Jowa Bürli, the dough is portioned using a manual dough divider. It is important that all the dough is distributed evenly right into the corners. In your case, unfortunately, this was not successful, resulting in a dough piece in the corner that was clearly too small, for which we apologize.

This item is not weighed. Individual Bürli that are too light are not automatically ejected. During the manual weight check of the affected production, the weight was between 103.4 - 108.2 g.

The employees were immediately informed that the dough of the portions must be evenly distributed right into the corners.
