Why does the mocha now have lactase in it from 24.11.2024? There are people who do not tolerate lactase. It is probably to save production costs that the ingredients are silently changed without any indication on the cup.

Hello Kiasportage, there has been a slight adjustment to the recipe for aha! lactose-free Mocca yoghurt (in particular a reduction in added sugar). However, lactase was already used in the past to produce our lactose-free aha! milk products, and this enzyme now also appears transparently in the list of ingredients. We are currently in the process of changing the declarations and packaging, i.e. the word lactase will increasingly appear in the list of ingredients of lactose-free dairy products. The new declaration method is not only transparent, but also correct in terms of food law: lactase must be included in the list of ingredients if it is still present in active form in the end product; if the enzyme is inactivated, the declaration is voluntary. However, certain labels, such as Bio Suisse, require lactase to be declared in all cases. To ensure uniform handling, we will implement this for all lactose-free dairy products in future. Kind regards,

I find it far too sweet. 18g of sugar per cup! A healthy diet is different.

Hello schaefchen-83, we are aware of the sugar issue and we are implementing a graduated sugar reduction in which we will progressively reduce the amount of added sugar. The Migros rule that each product has a sugar content according to the motto "as much as necessary and as little as possible" will be taken into account. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this yogurt also gluten-free? Which "modified starch" is used for the production?
Hello SallyB, the lactose-free aha! yoghurt mocha does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). If the modified starch comes from cereals containing gluten, this must be clearly stated in the list of ingredients: e.g. "modified starch (contains wheat)". If this is not stated, an alternative such as modified corn starch or modified tapioca starch has been used. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello dear M-Infoline team Thank you very much for the detailed answer. Basically, I know the different ways of declaring. However, I recently took a product that contained "modified starch" as an ingredient. I assumed that it was gluten-free, but was then informed that it was below the legal limit for cereals containing gluten and was therefore not declared. Thank you again for your clarification. Kind regards and have a nice weekend ☀️

Why is there no Aha chocolate yogurt?
Hello lalalalalalalala, thank you for your question. We always endeavor to satisfy all customer needs. Unfortunately, this is not always possible due to the limited space available in the refrigerated display cases. We are happy to take your request on board and will check whether an aha! chocolate yogurt can be launched. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does the pot only contain 180gr? Lactose intolerant people also want 200gr standard pots or 500gr pots of yogurt.

Why did you "improve" the recipe? ↵Before: the yogurt tasted like coffee and was very, very digestible!!!↵Today: it's bland and indigestible (I got sick after eating one).↵Are you sure it's lactose-free??? I doubt it 😕↵↵↵↵
