The product is great, but the delivery was a disaster, hence only three stars. We wanted to have the shoe rack delivered directly to Valais. But it never arrived there, at least not in the time available to us. After three phone calls to the Planzer forwarding company, it was delivered to MM-Stäfa, where we live (after 1 1/2 weeks). We then transported the bulky items ourselves to Valais, where we are on vacation. Lousy service!
