We use plant-based fats and oils or butter in the production of our baked goods. Emulsifiers such as E471, E472, or E475, which we use in the production of our baked goods, are always of plant origin.
Any ingredients that might come from an animal are clearly listed on the ingredients label. These are then labeled as follows, for example: pork, bacon, ham, pork rinds, or pork gelatin.
