This was a really good piece for my ragout. The meat melted in my mouth.

Rarely have you braised such a sinewy and inedible roast 👎🏻
1 kg cooked down with meat probe. Perfectly cooked, but the meat was tough and a lot of the fat inside had to be cut away when it was eaten as it was inedible. The piece of meat was packaged in a plastic bag, with no indication of which piece of meat it was, just roast beef. Only on the receipt could I see that it was from the neck. I won't be buying this again!
