We have exactly the same problem, as has already been described here several times: the induction roundelle gets extremely hot, causing the hob to switch off automatically (overheating protection). However, the cheese hardly melts at all during this time. Migros should finally review this product or take it out of the range completely!
We bought the rondelle for our fondue caquelon. The rondelle gets extremely hot so that the stove switches off temporarily and the cheese is melted in slow motion. Definitely a fail.

Handle too raised and impossible to put tagine on.
Unfortunately, it takes ages for the fondue to heat up with this adapter. You have to start cooking almost half an hour earlier. Not worth the money in my opinion, but at least it does get warm at some point.
I can finally use my cooking equipment. Instead of having to change all my pots and pans. Fight against waste.

We bought the Nouvel induction hob about a week ago. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that it was overheating and our hob switched itself off via the emergency switch. All four hotplates were completely overheated. The product is disappointing and we cannot recommend it. We do not expect to get a refund from Migros - but it would be nice.
