This was my favorite ice cream for a long time. I bought a new pack today and was full of anticipation. Unfortunately, the ice cream no longer tastes anything like it used to - either I bought a bad pack (but it doesn't expire until 2027) or the recipe has been changed. Five months ago they wrote that they were checking whether the recipe had been changed - any news on this? If the ice cream stays like this, I will unfortunately no longer buy it.
Hello Gierschlund, thank you very much for your inquiry. Oh dear, what a shame that you couldn't enjoy your favorite ice cream as usual! Your disappointment is understandable. For further clarification, please let us know what was different about the taste. In addition, the best-before date and the batch number help us to trace the production precisely. The batch number is located near the best-before date and is made up of a combination of numbers and letters. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The taste no longer tastes of lemon but mainly of sugar.
Hello Gierschlund, did you perhaps also take a photo of the ice cream? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has anything been changed in the recipe? The lemon flavor is very pungent and the more you eat, the more "bitter" it tastes. It used to be our favorite lemon sorbet, but now we have to look for a new one.
Hello Berni_2604, thank you very much for your request. What a pity that the usual moments of pleasure with your favorite have failed to materialize! We would be happy to check with the responsible specialist department to see if there has been a recipe adjustment. To enable us to trace the manufacturing process precisely, we ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the batch numbers. The batch number is generally located next to the best-before date. It usually begins with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Sir/Madam, I have some inquiries regarding this product. Do you use any type of alcohol as a hidden processing aid ingredient inside this product or in the production of raw materials? Do you use any pork derivatives for this product? Best Regards
Hello uozsoy36, thank you for your enquiry. The product is vegan, meaning that it does not contain any pork-related components. However, we do use a flavouring that uses alcohol as a carrier. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Apparently it has now been taken out of the range, however, as I can no longer find the 120ml cup at CHF 1.60 in the range. It has been replaced by a product from the Selection line at a much higher price (CHF 2.95). Why? The cheaper "Le Sorbet" scored much better in the Migros customer ratings (4.6⭐️)!
Hello katharina55, yes, we have delisted this item due to a product range revision. It does not always have to do with the ratings, sometimes, as in this case, we have to replace items so that we have room for new ones. However, the 1l product is still in the range: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/160555200000. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Replacing an article for CHF 1.60 with one for CHF 2.95 - a rogue who thinks evil of it...

Has this sorbet been taken out of the range? It is sorely missed here... 😭
Hello Luzernerin_3, thank you for your question. We are happy to confirm that Le Sorbet Lemon is still in stock. Unfortunately, we had a delivery interruption, which is why the sorbet was temporarily unavailable. However, it should be available again from next week at the latest (week 35). Does this sorbet have small pieces in it or is it just creamy?
Hello mybluefish, the sorbet contains small pieces. If you are looking for a variant without pieces, we recommend the Sélection Organic Lemon & Lime Sorbet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your answer. I would actually have preferred it without the chunks. The price of the Sélection Organic Lemon & Lime Sorbet is definitely too high for me. There's no other option but to go to the competition. Even as a Migros kid, I go to the other orange store every now and then ;-).

Where has the strawberry sorbet gone? Will it be back?
Hello catcati, thank you for your question. We have removed Le Sorbet Strawberry from our range due to a lack of demand. There are currently no plans to reintroduce it. However, we are happy to take your request to the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
