Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? The ingredients say natural flavor. Is it completely alcohol-free? Also, is it suitable for vegetarians, no animal fats? Is E471 of animal origin?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your inquiry. Basically: Our milk components are lacto-vegetarian, the emulsifiers such as E471 are purely plant-based and our flavourings may contain alcohol. However, the alcohol content of flavourings in the end product is far below 0.3 %. This product does not contain any ethanol in the recipe. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

"Cocoa-containing fat icing" - Means a cheaper version of real chocolate, right? Could this ice cream also be made with real chocolate? It might taste even better.
Hello Seppentony, thank you for asking. Our Stracciatella Blöckli has been made with real chocolate and not with fat icing since the beginning. Where did you see this claim? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
