Migros has taken Passaia out of its range, allegedly because it contained too much sugar! But Passaia was also available light and Coca et al. is still on the shelves kissed! Too bad I loved the drink!
Hello Brigitte55, thank you for your message. We have indeed discontinued Passaia from our range. We can understand your disappointment about this, as we are reluctant to let go of a cherished product. After analyzing our existing range, we decided to discontinue the drink due to lack of demand. Unfortunately, space on our shelves is limited, so we have to make a certain selection. As a result, we can no longer keep items in our range that are becoming less and less popular. I am pleased to inform you that we will be launching a Swiss product in the summer to replace the passion fruit flavor. I hope you like this drink just as much. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why do all Migros sweet pastries (Güetzi, Patisserie) contain barn eggs? It's good for my figure because I always put them back in the rack! This is terrible for animal welfare! As far as I know, Migros does not sell barn eggs!
Hello Brigitte55, thank you for your message. Our own industry, Jowa AG, is committed to using only eggs from animal-friendly husbandry (whether free-range or barn) for production. In addition to the legal requirements, Migros has introduced the winter garden (covered, weather-protected fresh air area) as standard for barn rearing. From our point of view, too, it would certainly be desirable to process only free-range eggs. However, in view of the current shortage of eggs (in Switzerland and Europe), it is unfortunately not possible to switch. Unfortunately, it is already very expensive to cover our demand for barn eggs. However, we will definitely be staying on top of the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Floor rearing and animal welfare? Is that a joke? If I ever buy eggs, then Demeter! Even free-range is borderline for me! A slice of cake every three months would be just fine! And yes, unfortunately far too many eggs are eaten, just like too much meat 😞

Why is Migros still selling cosmetic products with microplastics? There are alternatives! In this product, for example, the ground apricot kernels...
Hello dabudue, thank you for your post. We take the issue of water pollution caused by microplastics very seriously. We have already acted accordingly and taken the necessary steps. Migros has included the corresponding ban on microplastics in its guidelines for cosmetics suppliers (published in version 5 of 17.9.2014), which applies to all products of all own brands. Our own industry, Mibelle AG, has decided to replace microplastics (plastic exfoliating particles) in all cosmetics and toothpastes with alternative particles of natural origin. The formulas have already been adapted. Plastic exfoliating particles are no longer used. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why did you remove the pressure dispenser from this product? Will there be a refill in flexible packaging soon? Thank you.
Hello Bellorum, thank you for your question. The "Flip-Top" cap is only an interim solution that we have introduced due to the coronavirus situation. We are doing our best to ensure product availability. At present, no refill bags are planned. Our beauty department has nevertheless been informed of your wish, which it is keeping in mind. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
