Dear Migros, is this product made from real honey and real animal milk? Or are these synthetically produced fragrances? In other words, is this product vegan or not? Unfortunately, this is not clear from the ingredient information. Kind regards

Hi Jeannyyy, thanks for the question. The product is not vegan due to the ingredients Lac Powder & Mel. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Dear Migros, this has been my favorite soap for years. But now the composition seems to have changed. Other customers have also noticed this (see reviews). However, this cannot be seen on the bag. Has the composition actually been changed or is it possibly a production error? Thank you very much for your feedback! Best regards, Migros-Kind999

Hello Migros-Kind999, we launched a new, improved formula at the beginning of 2022. We have removed the synthetic polymer, which can lead to slightly different color perception. Otherwise, nothing has changed in the composition compared to the previous product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why can't you recycle the empty refill bags in the same way as the solid shampoo containers? Won't you produce more plastic waste with these instead of the solid bottles?

Hello CR-1984, we will clarify your request and get back to you. Your M-Infoline Team

Hello CR-1984, we have already received feedback. Refill bags are composed of different materials, which is why they are unfortunately not recyclable. However, this composition is currently required to guarantee the quality of the contents and for the production/filling process of the product. We are constantly working on making our bags recyclable. The first solutions are already available, but they are still in the development and testing phase. However, the recycling plants are also constantly improving and they are working on solutions to make composite materials recyclable too. Basically, however, the less material consumption, the lower the consumption of resources and the smaller the CO2 footprint, the better for our environment. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why do they claim: "All I am products have been offered without microplastics since the end of 2014 at the latest", when it is demonstrably not true: http://www.codecheck.info/kosmetik_koerperpflege/koerperpflege/seifen/ean_7630028601137/id_14822264/I_am_Cremeseife_Milk_Honey_Nachfuellbeutel.pro
