I have been using this shampoo for many years and have been more than satisfied so far. I recently opened a new pack and used the usual amount of shampoo. I was astonished to discover that the quantity was no longer enough and I had to use twice as much shampoo to get any lather at all. My hair was hanging when I styled it. Bad hair day, probably. Difficult styling again the second time, coincidence? After the third wash, I have to say it's the shampoo. Not only do I have to use twice as much shampoo, I also need more styling products. What a shame!

No animal ingredients and cruelty-free, I like it! The fragrance is very intense (you can smell it even when the packaging is unopened), but it is pleasant after shampooing.

Fresh fragrance, reliably removes hairspray residues. Rinses out very well.
