Very pleasant toothpaste. The RDA value is between 50 and 60. It is not completely eco-friendly, only the ingredients with a star behind them are really natural. Nevertheless, it contains more eco-friendly ingredients than a conventional toothpaste, especially no harmful ingredients. Thumbs up! ♥️
Strongly foaming toothpastes provoke aphthae for me. The tooth gel doesn't foam as much, so it's not an issue.

A bit strange a non Candida toothpaste (I rather buy Candida Professionnal) but as I like I am Natural I take it sometimes. Also make a Candida Prof or I am Natural toothbrush, thank you.
