Hi Chiaraserena, we do not recommend that you use it on gray, white/white-blond or blonded hair. We also point this out in the directions on the shampoo. For coloring products that are applied without additional components such as developers (i.e., as is), the result is usually a combination of the product's artificial dye and the pigments found in the hair. Only if sufficient natural pigments are still present in the hair will the result match the expectations and images of the product. In this specific case, using coppery blond coloring shampoo on gray, white or blonded hair will turn the hair orange or deep red. If you wish to hide hair regrowth, we recommend using the regrowth cover set. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

I love this color because it is very close to my natural hair color. Is there a permanent tint in this color in the Migross range?

Hi sarahrita, unfortunately we don't have this shade as a soft coloration or as an intensive coloration. But we do have darker shades with a copper nuance. Depending on how light your hair is, it might still be suitable. Please refer to the pictures on the packs and compare the color charts on the back of the packs. The products are I am Soft Coloration Chestnut No. 345, article number 5148.920 and I am Intensive Coloration Golden Chestnut No. 230, article number 5148.907. Both products are 2 shades darker than the tinting shampoo and the shade on the hair is correspondingly darker. Please note that shortening the application time does not mean that the result will be lighter, this does not work! But maybe the color will come out anyway. It is the only alternative in the copper range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
