i would like to know what the difference is (apart from the price) between this sampoo and the belherbal silvershine! although i have been using belherbal for years and have now bought this one, i couldn't find any difference

Hello gipsy11, the formulations of the two products are basically different. Different surfactant mixtures, active ingredients and natural ingredients are used. This can create a different application and hair feel during and after washing, but this depends very much on the individual hair characteristics of the customer. Both products are designed to reduce the yellow tint in grey or blonde hair thanks to the intense blue color. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The full tube loses a lot of shampoo as it is very thin and difficult to dose. A plastic bottle with a small opening might be better.

Hello. I used the shampoo for the first time. Shampoo leaked out as soon as I opened the tube. As I hold my head over the bath, it was impossible to shampoo my hair without loss. I have been using Wella's Silver Shampoo for years. The packaging is firm and dispensing is no problem. Kind regards Tirggeli7

Why does it have "color pigments"? Is it an alternative to coloring (i.e. the shampoo colors itself) or is it meant to be used after coloring?

Hello vetmode, the shampoo refreshes the color or helps to avoid unwanted yellow tones after bleaching. However, it is not a dye or an alternative to dyeing. It is intended for use after coloring or for hair that is already grey/white. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
