Natural blonde no. 310 out of the range - why? Hello, why are there (still several shades of brown and) no more natural blonde no. 310? Can you please include No. 310 in the range again? Is there an alternative?

Hello chayitana, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we had to remove shade 310 natural blonde from our range due to low demand. It has been replaced by shade 311 silver blonde(https://www.migros.ch/de/product/514892100000)- a blonde shade with a cool reflection. We do not have a direct alternative under I am Soft Colorations, but the shade 220 Natural Blonde(https://www.migros.ch/de/product/514891000000) from I am Intensive Colorations (permanent coloration) is comparable to 310 Natural Blonde. A slightly lighter variant would be No. 210 Light Blonde(https://www.migros.ch/de/product/514890000000) from I am Intensive Colorations. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Hello. Which is the lightest: Softcoloration Light Brown 338 or Softcoloration Chocolate Brown 326 or Softcoloration Brown? Thank you for an answer! MfG

Hello ME8005, undisputedly 340 (brown) will give the darkest result. Light brown (338) and chocolate brown (326) will be similar. There are hardly any differences in the "degree" of brightness. 326 appears slightly lighter, but has a warm nuance, there is a little more red/brown-red coming through. The result always depends on the initial color. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is the color care treatment also available to buy separately? If so, could you tell me the product name?

Hoi luusmeitschi, thank you for your contribution. No, unfortunately the treatment is only available in combination with the hair color. Otherwise, we can recommend normal hair care products for colored hair. For example, the I am Color shampoo and conditioner. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

PS: Brown is darker than chocolate brown, so I recommend the I am hair Intensive Color 250 Brown. LG

Chocolate brown is not enough for dark brown hair. From my own experience, the roots are removed poorly or not at all even with a soft tint. Advise yourself a shade darker than chocolate brown.

hello, is the color "chocolate brown" thinner than the color "brown"? my natural hair color is dark brown and now i want to cover my gray hair. since i want to try a tint first, i'm not sure between the color "chocolate brown" and "brown". for me it would be important to keep the color as natural as possible.

Hi Karin008, Hi Oliv84 Thank you very much for your contributions. The color brown (340) is darker than chocolate brown (326), so the number 340 is probably more suitable for dark brown hair. Basically, the color chart on the back of the products is used to find the right product for your hair color. You compare your hair color with the color on the left of the scale and see the result of the corresponding shade on the right of the scale. The soft colorations are washed out gradually, whereas the intensive colorations are permanent. The grey hair coverage of the Intensive Colorations is stronger, but as I said, permanent. If you just want to color the grey roots, we now have two new root sets on offer; one for light to medium brown shades and one for very dark shades. We hope that this answer has been helpful and wish you happy autumn days. See you soon! Best regards from your M-Infoline team
