Hello yFranziska, thank you very much for your post. We appreciate your interest. We were able to see in our system that this fresh shower is available in many stores. We would therefore ask you to let us know your shopping region. This will enable us to check where the product is still available in your area. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

This product contains acrylate crosspolymer, which is microplastic, or have I misunderstood something? I had it in my surprise box today. I haven't paid enough attention to microplastics so far, but I had expected more commitment from Migros with its sustainability promise. I am amazed why Migros still uses microplastics in its own products. I will return the product to customer service.

Hello Eve_71, thank you for your question. Acrylates crosspolymer is not a microplastic - it does not form particles and is molecularly soluble in water. It does not accumulate in nature and is biodegradable. Mibelle has not used microplastics in its cosmetic products for some time now. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you M-Infoline for the answer. I did some research on the internet about Acrylates Crosspolymer. It seems to be a question of definition whether it is counted as a microplastic or not. Either way, it does not seem to be a harmless substance and is often on the "black list" when it comes to microplastics.

Why do they claim: "All I am products have been offered without microplastics since the end of 2014 at the latest" when it is demonstrably not true: http://www.codecheck.info/kosmetik_koerperpflege/koerperpflege/duschgel_oele/ean_7630028601014/id_810387075/I_am_Lemon_Oil.pro

Hello Migros - what about the peeling pearls? Are they ecologically acceptable and are they filtered in the sewage treatment plant or do they end up as micropollutants in the sea?

Hello TomBern Thank you for your inquiry - we are delighted that you are interested. The product is absolutely ecologically sound, as the peeling beads are plant-based (made from cellulose). If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us! Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
