I have sensitive facial skin. The product says "all skin types" and yet my skin reacts very allergically after a short time, swells up, turns red and itches. Unfortunately, I can no longer use this product and would kindly ask you to change either the formula or the "all skin types" label immediately. Is there such a product for sensitive skin?
Where has the fine and pleasant fragrance gone? Has it gone with the new packaging outfit? What a pity! I no longer find the new fragrance so pleasant.

It's a shame that the tonic from this line contains alcohol, as it dries out the skin considerably... Will there soon be one without?

We have two different facial tonics under I am face: the Invigorating facial tonic with alcohol (blue bottle) item number 5266.121. This is suitable for normal and combination skin. The Mild facial tonic without alcohol (pink bottle) item number 5266.117 contains no alcohol and is therefore particularly gentle and suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
