Can you tell me if the product has been tested on animals or is vegan or not? Thank you
Hi DomRB, we can confirm that the I am Face day cream is vegan and has never been tested on animals. Mibelle has never done this with their products and has been banned for years. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migipedia, so cutting it open is no good either, then the tube is open and you don't use the rest at once. By the way, I opened a new one today which I unfortunately had in stock and noticed that the top of this one is different to the old one. This one has an indentation where the cream comes out and so there's always a bit left inside if you don't scrape it out with your fingernail. Sorry but it couldn't be worse. I will definitely not buy this one again and will try to find a suitable cream in a pot, you can empty it to the last and it still looks nicer.
Hello migipedia, I bought this cream a few months ago because I can't get mine from Garnier anywhere (I don't think it's available any more). The cream itself is not bad, maybe a bit too thick, but what bothers me the most is the shape of the tube. Every morning for weeks I have been squeezing the whole neck downwards so that I can squeeze everything out of the lid. And it still comes out a lot and you wouldn't throw it all away. A really really bad tube. Too short and too wide at the front. The one from Garnier was narrow and twice as long and had a tip at the front and you could always shake it and there was always something left until the end. But this one is really bad. Could you please report this to those responsible? Greetings four-legged friend
Hello four-legged friend, thank you for your feedback on our I am Face day cream. We regret that you had a negative experience with the packaging. It is true that a certain amount remains in these tubes and can only be removed by squeezing or cutting them open. Most manufacturers on the market use tubes like the one in the I am article - these are not particularly difficult to squeeze. Narrower tubes have other disadvantages, which is why we opted for this compromise. To get the remaining quantity out, we suggest that you cut the tube open. We have passed on your input to those responsible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
