Hello, I have been trying to buy I am Soap NFB Atlantic for a few weeks now (in several stores), but every time I visit, the shelf is empty, sometimes with the note "currently not available". When will this article finally be available again?

Hello Smily44, thank you for your question. Due to the current situation, the demand for soap has increased significantly. Our suppliers are producing around the clock to meet demand - but there may still be shortages in some cases. As soon as we receive supplies, we will distribute them directly to the stores. You can check availability at the following link: https://produkte.migros.ch/i-am-soap-nfb-atlantic. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are the "new flip tops" just a test or are you really serious 😠 😡 🤬 don't think they're any good at all, the "old" ones were great, hope the old scent stays!!!
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your inquiry about the I am soap. Due to the current situation surrounding the coronavirus, we are unfortunately experiencing some bottlenecks with regard to the availability of soaps. In order to ensure the availability of goods nevertheless, we have procured alternative lids. As soon as the previous pumps are available again from the suppliers, we will switch back to the usual pumps. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
